I'm always interested in hearing crossover results. Here are some recent ones for me...within the last 3 months. I'm not sure I should call this crossover since I always crack and resubmit. Anyway, here goes...

1953 Topps Eddie Mathews PSA 7 did not cross to SGC 84, and i didnt think it would card appeared overgraded
1956 Topps Al Kaline PSA 7 did not cross to SGC 84. Thought this one might but a corner was a little more touched than I thought a 7 should be

Nice! I would be afraid to crack out, one slip and that 8 is now a 2! Have you ever tried a straight crossover?

My two most successful (both crack and resubmit) were 1981 Montana rookie from a PSA 7 to a PSA 9, and a 1952 Gil Hodges from a PSA 2.5 to a PSA 6. The Montana is gorgeous, I pulled it from a pack and have no idea how it was only a 7. The Hodges is a beauty and I could never find the flaw that made it a 2.5.

I've cracked and resubbed 2 SGC cards to PSA...the results:

SGC 92 to PSA 10
SGC 96 to PSA 9

I also had a '68 Rose BVG 7(new BVG, no subgrades) come back as PSA 7. Also, had an older BVG 5 '63 Pride of NL come back as PSA 6. All subgrades were 8 or higher except for centering which was 4.5.
