The formal studio photo pictures eleven members of the club posing together in uniform, including Cummings (standing, far right), Tommy Bond (standing, far left) and player/manager Bob "Death to Flying Things" Ferguson (seated, center). The photographer's name and city, "Isaac White - Hartford," is printed on the reverse.
